: (1) When livestock is protected according to this regulation, the protector shall pay six percent of the total protection amount of such livestock to the fund for annual protection fee. (2) According to sub-rule (1), when the fund collects the annual security fee, the amount of twenty-five percent of such security fee shall be taken from the concerned company in advance and the remaining amount of seventy-five percent shall be provided to the fund in the form of a grant by the Government of Nepal.
(3) When taking security fee according to sub-rule (2), the fund will charge a security fee of six months if the loan repayment period is six months or less, and one year if the loan repayment period is more than six months.
(4) According to sub-rule (1), the annual security fee to be submitted to the fund by the contractor shall be submitted by himself or through a member organization as mentioned in the agreement as per Schedule-3.
